How to return

 

Head to our returns portal, enter your order number and email, and follow the prompts. You'll receive a pre-paid label (Australia) or shipping instructions (international) by email.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original piece for a refund and place a new order — this way you're not waiting on stock. If you'd prefer a direct swap, note it in the returns portal and we'll do our best.

 

Final sale

 

Items marked Final Sale or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more are not eligible for return or exchange. This will always be flagged clearly at checkout.

 

Faulty items

 

If something arrives with a fault, or develops one within reasonable wear, please email hello@highfieldgolf.com.au with a photo and your order number. We stand behind everything we make.
