The Prototype Program is a free-entry product testing program run by Highfield Golf. Fifty golfers are selected to receive a prototype bag, use it for a season, and share honest feedback. These terms explain how it works.

1. The promoter

The promoter is Highfield Golf Pty Ltd (the "Promoter"), based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Contact: hello@highfieldgolf.com.au.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees, immediate family of employees, and contractors of Highfield Golf are not eligible.
• One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. How to enter

• Entry is free. No purchase is required or will improve your chance of selection.
• To enter, complete the application form at highfieldgolf.com/pages/prototype-program with your name, email, and a short written response.
• Entries open on the date this page is published and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026.

4. Selection of testers

• Fifty (50) testers will be selected on 7 December 2026.
• Testers are selected from the pool of qualifying entries. A qualifying entry is one that includes a genuine written response to the prompt. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are spam, offensive, or clearly non-genuine.
• From the qualifying pool, 50 testers are drawn at random by the Promoter.
• Selected testers will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. Testers' first names may be shared on Highfield's Instagram (@highfieldgolf).

5. What testers receive

• Each of the fifty selected testers receives one (1) Highfield prototype bag, hand-numbered 01 through 50.
• The bag is delivered within Australia at no cost to the tester. Delivery outside Australia is not offered.
• Bags are dispatched by 20 December 2026 for delivery before Christmas, subject to Australia Post timelines. The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its control.
• The bag is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Approximate total value of bags provided: AU$15,000 (50 bags at approximate value of AU$300 each).

6. Tester obligations

• Testers are asked (but not legally required) to submit a written review of the bag within 90 days of receipt.
• A video review is encouraged but not required. If a video review is submitted, the tester grants Highfield Golf a non-exclusive licence to share it on the Highfield website and social channels with credit.
• Testers may be credited by name on the interior label of the production run that follows the prototype program. Testers can opt out of this credit by emailing hello@highfieldgolf.com.au within 30 days of receipt.
• Retention of the bag is not conditional on submitting a review.

7. Unclaimed bags

If a selected tester does not respond to the notification email within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternate tester from the qualifying pool.

8. Your data

• Information you provide is collected and stored by Highfield Golf and Shopify (our platform provider). It is used to administer the program and, with your consent, to send occasional marketing emails.

• Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms if required by law or unforeseen circumstances, and will publish any material change on this page.
• The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the program is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or Shopify.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
